Why would you need this back?

today some guy said that ppl from his country are 0.4% percent from all toribashers. I tried
to get from his explanation how to do this but he trolled me or something. Than i remeberd
that years ago was members list. It was cool dig in it.

The memberlist is unlikely to be enabled on the live database any time soon, because it's really, really huge. On top of that, any method of actually searching it is going to end up being pretty slow.

can be here any solution like "put weekly updated database on cloud for saving traffic and give access to cloud via forum or etc" ? or its no sense ?

Well then we'd have to put the database somewhere.

You know, that database with all your passwords and stuff on it.

Aside from that, the database itself is pretty big.
