I don't think there could have been more sync, I think you mean frame skips to the beat which is in effect within itself, synced to the beat of the song.

The sync with the colour change is really well done, I like this vid a lot. It doesn't seem rushed, though there was a part where the clap didn't sync with the clip, i don't know if that was on purpose or not.

This video was well done though.
