That's probably because you can't. Administrators are chosen, you cannot simply apply for the role.

Do you mean in game, or on the website?

Admins can use their powers anywhere in this community.

You have to show that you're worthy of becoming an admin, by supporting the community.

I have a feeling that you are talking about ingame operator? The @ sign before your name ingame? You'll get op when you create your own room or when you join someone else's room and it's given to you.
If you are actually talking about being an admin, well, i can tell you that you're a long way from there, so there's no point in thinking about that for a long time.

Admin, clan mod and other leadership roles are not open to the public. You need to be a part of the group before you try to run it.
