It uh.. just no. It's like I did a sketch, a big, detailed one, and only coloured in one eye, and put it as one of the 'Wips'. In my opinion you should work on this a little more, I can't really give CnC because it doesn't even feel like a head to me. Right now the mapping is really wierd, it's eyes will be stretched on the side of the head and it will look quite terrible. You either make the eyes smaller, or put them more together. It would be nice if you added some tone. Unless that is what you're intending to do. Since this is a wip. Right?

Also, that doesn't look like jack of blades at all, at first I thought it was from some Naruto thing. .-.

I suggest you start again.
