Ok so i forgot my password and cannot recover it because the email is
[email protected] not my email and the only reason im logged in is because i clicked remember me so what do i do now?

If you play Toribash, then you can open Toribash and click login and check show password. There your password will be displayed and you'll be able to write it down for changing your e-mail and stuff.

but my bro was on my account and he must have typed /fm so i cant do what you suggested

Google how to display passwords your browser's saved, they all have a method of doing it.

i tried that but its only got a password for 1 other site even though i have remember me on this forum

look ingame there is an login .dat or something open it with that

if you typed remember me then it must be saved
try to go incognito and press forum toribash
when you try to login type the first letter and check the list?
if you found yours and it automaticly typed pass
rightclick on the password
inspect element
and change password to text

change to text

Do you use mozilla?
If yes open settings -> security -> advanced options / password -> click saved password -> show password
