The flesh tears and all were just awful.
You should straighten the blue lines coming from the eyes.
Other than that, It's pretty good.

Try adding a little more to the bottom of the head.

Eyes are uncentered.
I do like the shape of the eyes, though.

Funny part about that is I fucked up the grid when I gyazo'd that image.
Its made in 1000x1000 but I put the grid as a line every 512 pixel.
