Possible a new server type that everyone plays someone with no wait. Kind of like a chivalry medieval warfare duel server, you choose who you want to duel, send a request, and than you fight. You wouldn't need to wait like 15 minutes to just get owned by some pro and wait again.

Just make your own server and invite people you know. Or just play against "pros" as an attempt to get better.
