Lurd God you're amazing, Great replay but didn't like how I noticed your glute was extended when springing up to uke. That last spin was sex

the opener was kinda slow but opened up into a really cool fast spin. its too bad you couldnt sustain it but it was still pretty rad. i feel the launch at 450 could have been executed a bit better but it worked. the decap spin was cool.

Opener was super slow.
Spin was just wow.
The lift was alright, you should've at the very least relaxed your leg so it didn't look super weak.
Launch could've been better, less contracted and whatnot.
Decap and everything after were great. Really solid and smooth.
Only thing was how you raised your legs at the very end of the spin and then went into the pose, looked awkward and you could've done without it.
