ITS .WAV FORMAT, I'VE TRIED 3 DIFFERENT PIECES OF SOFTWARE INCLUDING AUDACITY, WAVEPAD, AND ONLINE-CONVERT. NONE ARE WORKING, THE FILE IS PERFECT SIZE AT 4.6 SECONDS.

xD i had the EXACT same problem ok what i use is switch sound file converter it works like a bomb give it a go ;)

Okay the issue is that..
I click the play button..http://prntscr.com/20yzy4

It plays the OLD sound.
If I click 'kiai sound' it plays the NEW sound.
In-game, its only playing the OLD sound.

wat do.
do I wait?

Try asking the other players if they can hear the new sound if they do then your tb just glitcjed
