wushu opener # 2
Based on the wild and rampant success of the first "open source" wushu opener.
*pauses for laughter*

*dead silence ensues*

I decided to make another one. This one is easier and less complicated.

turn one:
hold all
Raise left shoulder
extend Right pec
left rotate chest

turn two:
relax left elbow and shoulder
relax neck
contract right elbow and raise right shoulder
contract left pecs
(keep extending right pecs)
Right rotate chest
relax lumbar and abs
(keep holding both hips)
extend knees and ankles on both legs.

the resulting move is a moderately useful kick. It's not great or stylish, but it's easy to learn and easy to modify for anyone who would care to do so. Free for all to use etc...
