Is there any way to move down the belt ranks? I accidentely beat someone of a way higher rank than me. It leveled me up to his rank(is that supposed to happen?)and now I am a bit out of my skill level

EDIT: To clarify, I haven't played the game for months, and just re-downloaded it. I was at yellow belt, and I was waiting for someone to join at a judo server. Someone joined. Said person is orange belt(if I'm right, they are way higher). I accidently beat them. Now I can't join the beginner servers
