Unfortunately, you do not own the complete full Typhon set. To get the achievement for any full set of colors, you need to own the hair color as well. Basically, you need to buy Typhon Hair Color as well in order to get the achievement.
Owca stated in the first post that it did not include the hair color. He is allowed to call it a full set, but he must state whether or not it includes hair color or not, which he did.
