Who works with the sony vegas, plz tell me in what format should i render any video, they are too much. Usually i render in MP4

if you are rendering a long video, I can't think of anything that will make it go as fast as light, but you can knock off time from it by doing stuff...

Rendering's a slow process, that's why people only bother doing those 30 second "edits" now.
Set it off at night, leave it running, get video in the morning; or get more processing muscle & RAM. Lots of RAM.

Just think yourself lucky machines are faster now than when I made videos.
