It's could be a bug. Are you sure you got the count? Asuming you waited 24hrs to get the acheivment, did you max out your available qi/official games for that 24hrs? If these are not your problems, you should just try again or pm/post me back.

Other reason; I think there are mods that don't work for this acheivment. What mod were you playing?

I play aikido and judo, and most decaps was in judo

Try doing aikido. Most other mods don't usualy work for this. I got all my decap awards in aikido, so judo probably just doesn't work.
