The opener, not creative, not smooth, it was bad.
The decap was well, atleast it was flawless (meaning uke got no points).
Pose made me barf.
Pretty bad if you ask me, I know you are a starting replaymaker, but even those these days do not edit a replay from the stock replays.
Advice:
Please rename the name of this thread. With this name I can clearly see that you will be one of those idiots making a thread for every replay they want to share. rename it to something like "Ducky replays" or "Duckywow´s replay thread" or something like that.

maybe you can just Analyse the replay stock, but don't copy them, just that, don't worry ^^

Also, freerunning aint the easiest, try to keep your interest in madmans and stuff, then go into tricking, and then maybe parkour.

Well if thats the truth, even just copying the exact opener isnt the best thing to do, maybe tweak it a little.
