Hey there guys (and gals!) i can't seem to post(On other parts of the forum), it says that i still need to play toribash, but i simply cant for a whole week cause my PC's getting fixed (I'm on my friend's laptop) plus i dont know when they would install the internet connection to the PC. is there any possible way you can exempt me from this?

there's no such way.
you need to play at least 1 game to post.

Contact an admin. They can change your permissions. Doubt this reason is valid, but you can give it a try. Other than that, you have to play the game. ;(

Awww... Well i'd just ask my friend if i could download toribash on his laptop.

EDIT: Btw, allowing someone else on your account/downloading it and playing on your account is considered account sharing which is a banneable offense.
