Hey i got a problem with the game see in the picture.
i tried to download it again and again and it aint fixing it.

There is a thread here with the same issue so make sure you try everything mentioned there. Mind if you tell us your system specs?

Just by looking at that image, I can tell you right now that your video card drivers are out of date. Seeing as they haven't updated automatically, you are also most likely on a relatively old computer. Depending on the company that made said old comp, updated drivers may not exist. In short, you're probably screwed.
