A lot of people have been having issues with buying TC from approved Toribash sites also, so if you have proof of your purchase from a legitimate site I would contact [email protected] with the proof and you shall receive your TC in good time.

If it was bought through a third party thing (something that wasn't toribash), then that might be why it didn't work. That attachment is also very small and I can barely read it.
