What is elo rating? And how do i get elo rank?

once i tryed to go deep into this math and discovered that in some terms able to fuck up rank by winning

Elo rating is originally made for chess because good guy Elo thought that the ranking system wasn't random and fucked up, the good guys get bigger ranks and the bad guys get lower ranks, so Elo wanted to balance it by making a system that has big guys get small money from kids and kids getting bigger money from big guys.

Elo rating is used everywhere, I am able to kick people's ass for moderate amounts of win, but i joined a weak shitty server and stole less amounts of win, then I went to where hampa was and wanked off amounts of wins from them.

I understood, so elo ratin is kind of bullshit. Let's close this thread!
