I want to make a Head. After I buy the Head Texture in the ToriShop, Do I get to make as many Heads as I want? Or do I keep having to buy the Head Texture for every different Head I make?

No you can upload multiple heads. As many times you want to.

if some one wants a head and is willing to give you tc for a head yes
