Controls/Instructions:

C (Hold All)
Contract Left Pec
Rotate Chest Right
Contract Left Elbow
Extend Right Pec
Contract Right Elbow
Grab With Left Hand
Space


Rotate Chest Left
Contract Right Pec
Extend Right Elbow
Space

Raise Right Shoulder
Extend Left Elbow
Done.

Modify this at your own will, you can get some pretty sick moves out of this!

I'd recommend closing this thread as it's quite pointless and stupid to have the exact same thread open in two different sections
