Work on:
-Keyframing- It was ok, just get more angles.
-Syncs- no sync in the video
-Better Replays- Get them from replay threads, best way.
-CC- None it looked like.
-Song choice- Was bad.

Try to record in higher settings, if it lags just mess about with fraps settings then speed it up

Also basically everything Buze said
