what is with that...there is only a black belt server for kickboxing...or am i blind?

Blackbelt has no qi restriction.

i tried to join the blackbelt server, and it said that only black belts were allowed and i couldn't play...

I know, so this means no brown belts can get tc, they have to go through a bunch of tc'less games for black belt, and black belt DOES have qi restrictions.

according to the settings theres no minbelt or maxbelt for them.

So you should be able to join.

Hampa fixed the belt problem with the first few servers (Beginner - Semipro), where anyone below Black belt could join any of them (white belts in Semipro, etc).
