I started another head i might not finish becouse blending of color's i do suck's.

I will apreciate any type of help, like someone who can teach me about fucking blending.

Shading is alright, actually.

As a WIP, I would say to keep everything in the actual sketch and put it in the final version, and also finish the empty spaces first of all, and then if that green is going to be a jewel/emerald, I would look up references as that looks a bit too smooth.

I'd like you to finish the head, you can only get better with time.
