A description of the game
Unturned is an indie game created by a game developer named Nelson Sexton, or more widely known by his alias, Greg Stevens. The game, currently in development, has met much success as it holds a wide support in it's community. Unturned is a survival game that takes place after an unknown apocalyptic event where most of humanity has been wiped out. The only survivors are yourself, other players, the leftover zombies, and a select few animals that inhabit the area. The objective of the game is to gather the supplies you need to sustain yourself either from the land or looting from pre-apocalyptic structures. You must also defend yourself against an array of dangers, including bandits, zombies, and radiation poisoning.

Brief description of Unturned

Here's a little starter sheet I made. Feel free to give it a look if you'd like, but it's really only made to help newer players.

This thread is made for people who may want to try the game out, or for people who enjoy playing the game who want to discuss it. Please do not post here saying it sucks without some type of criticism.

Unlike most games, it is not pay to win. There is, however, a $5 Golden subscription that allows you to receive additional ingame customization (hairs, colors, etc).

Play this a lot off of a Hamachi server (5 limit) that I host with friends, we usually have 7 or so people that rotate playing and we do small team PvP or lone wolf style survival, it's very fun. I've also bought the golden subscription.
I tried it, but not really my thing. The graphic style for sure has it's own charm but I can't really get the "survival feeling" like I did in DayZ. Maybe it's more fun with friends, I'll try that out soon aswell. The game itself is not a bad thing at all, but not everything gets better or promises success when you re-create it in pixel graphics.
I've opened my own server just for a test, I could host a tb only server, we have a couple who play on it so that's always something
