so there are these files that are supposed to be replays that i can't delete because the computer apparently "cannot read from the source file or disk"

Back up the replays you wanna keep, then re-install Toribash.

I wanted help with deleting these files because i can't do that, so when i try to uninstall toribash it'll get errors because of the undeletable replays

That happens to me. I personally don't worry about it because it affects nothing. They don't even show up in your in game Toribash replay list. If you reinstall Toribash and only bring over the replays that work the other ones don't come and you are fine.
