My account Athurus can not play multiplayer but when I use my other account Damacia (which I am using right now to post this) I can log into other servers whenever I want I am not sure if this is how banning works but please fix this problem.

Are you trying to get into intermediate or beginner servers, etc?
Check the maximum belt for that room perhaps?
