Well anyways, I bought an item off of the market that happens to be a head avatar. I bought it for 500tc and I didn't receive the item.



I know it's only 500tc, but that's not the point.
Its not in my deact or my active. I never received the item at all.
I would like a refund or the item. As you see in the trade history picture, it shows someone else owning it.

seems like a market glitch since both you and fedeff bought the item at the EXACT same time, but the transaction histories dont match on all ends. we'll keep looking into it for you

There's a chance you got it in a safetrade, wont show in the trans history norr act/deact.
Or it glitched and you're very poor now cause you lost a whole 500 tc

so since you both paid for item at the same time, the system then decides semi-randomly who receives it (one who queued his purchase with lower id gets item). it was just bad luck, you should get your TCs back (either ask person who sold it or make a scam thread he refuses to refund so that a TSA can sort it out.) unfortunately theres not much else that can be done
