Hello, my usercard rank hasn't updated for a week now.
My current rank is 9000~ but it says 33335.
Is this a temporary problem for everyone or am i the only one affected?

Its your belt rank, and not your actual global rank you see when you win or lose.

Even if it's my belt rank, it shouldn't be 33335 for an entire week.
That just doesn't make sense

You played about 30 games in last two days and usercard reflects that, which means it did update. Belt rank is about how much QI you have. At such low belts a bunch of games might not change much in the grand scheme of things. If you care for belt rank, it should probably become more noticeable and following-logic when you reach higher belt.

Anyway as a side note those cards update around every 24h, but it's sometimes wacky so if you don't get your user card updated, play at least one game in toribash and patiently wait and it should update.
