If i play against an opponent who has an Kiai TB saves it in my directory and plays it at start of my own fights.

I can manually remove it but its workst untill an opponent has a Kiai.

If it's annoying you, turning down the sound always helps.
Other than that, I don't see a fix.
Let me open up my TB Client real quick and take a look in the settings for you.

Right.. just looked. Sadly there's no option to turn off kiai sounds unless you just turn down the volume. Heheh..

Fortunately there is. Setup - > Utils - > Sounds - > Check off "Shout".

Talking about the bug, it happened a few times to me on 4.8 too, I don't think there's any way it can be helped. You can try downgrading to 4.8 and check if it doesn't happen; try reinstalling TB; try setting the kiai sound file in your custom folder to read only (but this might result in some crashing instead). If nothing works, your last resort will be turning off kiais.
