head textures and bans
I have a head that is in the possession of someone that was permanently banned, and seeing as he has no use for it anymore, would it be allowed to re-sell it?

Definitely not.
Upon selling it, you forfeited complete ownership, not just limited to tb use.
The past makes you wanna die out of regret, and future makes you depressed out of anxiety. So by elimination, the present is likely the happiest time.
