it's too minimalist
doesn't show much effort or creativity
if i was using these banners i'd look like a bore
imo if you're going to go minimal than do it right
your personal one isn't appealing because none of the colors compliment each other
#2 and #4 also look thrown together in a hurry

sure these work but i don't see anyone using these professionally or non-professionally
