Great job and nice quality!
I recommend to add more "feeling" in to the gunshots in the next wip!

It's barely three seconds...

Well, the colours are nice.

The transition at 0:04 seems far too sharp, soften the edge a bit.


EDIT: Skip mentioned the stiff screen pumps, in Vegas you can right click on keyframes and set them to smooth. If you already did that, then do more gradual keyframes.

Looked nice.

Screen pumps were rather stiff, I'd make them flow into one another better. Meaning that your keyframes shouldn't fully end before the next one starts.
