So I try uploading my textures to toribash like I always do whenever I get new textures but this time only half of them upload and the other half keep the same animation. When I click edit on a texture that doesn't work it says that the thumbnail is a little box with an x in it instead if the normal image. Toribash site bug? Please help. Here are some screenshots.

threads like these go in support, but seeing as it's pretty easy to answer I'll just leave it here but close it. The problem is not on your end, it's happening because uploading on the forums is broken right now (this includes avatars, textures, etc). Check back every 24hrs and see if it's back up, shouldn't be down for too long.
