So, when I have replays they look a lot better with out all the blood everywhere, so I do /opt blood 0 and the blood stops coming from the dismembered limbs. However the splashes still appear on the floor, which really bugs me......... Any fixes?

I know there are 3 commands which you should use.

/opt blood 0 is one
then maybe ./opt fluitblood 0
and more.

/opt bloodstains 0
