In a tournament you have to play a certain amount of games for it to give tc. It could be that you didn't win enough rounds within the tournament.

Yeah just what Hamza said, winning a match in the tournament doesn't give you the tc. Only the winner of the tourney itself.
And please, speak with a little sense of grammar next time.

There are no screenshots or any evidence to prove what happened, there was probably a reason the tc wasn't paid out.
