So basically the title says it all. I have a Jack-o-lantern activated and I can see it fine, but no one else can. Its not really a big deal, but I felt it was something that needed to be addressed. It may be a bug, who knows?

It's a 3d item so everyone has to dl you for it to show up. Jut tell them to /dl nate and they should see it

It also depends on the version they use and if the have objs enabled.
