Running prob
I keep doing this a lot when I run, I assume it's because I'm making another step too early, but can anybody be able to assist me on why this happens?

Try editing the replay and using shift space instead of normal space, It'll help you a lot.
also if you do make a step try to hold the hip on the ground so you don't lean back to much.
Hope this helps you
It's nearly impossible to run forever with a basic run, you will end up falling over.

However, I noticed your abs were contracted the entire time. Relaxing them after the initiatial 20 frames should help. Also, when you start to lose balance, remember to use your lumbar.

I decided to mess around a bit, this is what I came up with. It's probably possible to run farther with the same move, I'm not the greatest at running.

Good luck!

Yup I also tend to hold my knees when there about to go in to far it gives it some smoothness but that's kinda hard

If you don't know how to shift space it's hold shift and press space ;)
