First, explain your problem in greater detail. What toribash version you are using, etc.

well I have the latest patch.... um I use shaders..... thats all I gots

Put Toribash in your hard drive. If that doesn't work, look at the texture part of FAQ.

Textures have been glitchy. Upload it from both User CP and the Texutre in items.
Then give it time.

Note that textures are not updated immediately after upload. It may take up to 24 hours to have your textures updated properly.

Follow these steps:

1. Make sure you uploaded the texture with the correct format, dimensions, etc [This can be seen in the User CP > Textures Page[Head avatar]].
2. Play around 10~15 minutes [in Multiplayer]. The textures should download by that time.
3. Restart Toribash.

If other people see it, but you don't, just put them in your Custom Folder > [Your name], with the correct name [example: head.tga].
