yes skap i ignored what you said about the cc.

Laggy slowmo, get twixtor to help with that, shader fitted music, really liked that, music ain't really my thing though, do some other effects, try doing screenpumps, speeding up and slowing down isn't really good editing, but it can look nice at times, work on some of those.

also, cc is really thick, and meh, work on that, the thickness makes it hard to watch and a tad bit blurry

Just focus on sync and (potentially) twixtor use to get rid of that lag... Don't use heavy effects until you've perfected or are comfortable with those.
