So basically when i play my replays in single player and set it to Tori camera, it shows the replay not from the front face of the Tori but from the back side of the head of the Tori, I don't know if its suppose to be like this or if its a glitch

It's the way the head camera was made. It makes it so that Tori always looks toward the direction of Uke(more specifically, his head)and vice versa. There's a script out there that fixes the camera, but I don't have it so I can't link you to it.
