Amount Paid : (im expecting 2,500tc for 128x128, 3,750tc for 256x256, and 5,000tc for 512x512.)
Details : (mandatory, try to be as descriptive as possible.)
Reference Pics : (optional and helps alot but none is a valid answer)
Signature? : (yes/no, if yes then include what u want in the signature)
