it doesn't connect.

if anyone know why then please help me.

also when i try to identify. nickserv doesn't reply.

No. That's not it. That's a warning that he could be ghosted. No clue. Try joining #bouncy or #toriash. Maybe it's the room?

no it doesn't connect to #triforce either.

I have some connection problem that irc doesn't respond to my commands.

Try doing, /list , or just right clicking and then Other > List Channels, and double click on #toribash in the new window.
If that doesn't work,try irc.toribash.com.

irc.toribash.com doesnt work
and when i do /list it never gives me the list.
