they're still kinda stiff... try to pay more attention to your glutes, pecs, elbows and knees.

not all bad though, the manipulation one was very good, although the simple kick sorta spoiled the tossing around of uke.

Yeah, the manipulation one I had atleast 2 more versions with much better kicks, but I couldn't find them :/

I think those are AWESOME, especially the torso-torso one
