I only have contract and extend on everything the options used to be normal heeelp

Press ESC, Click Setup, Click Options
Change mouse buttons to 1.

If you use buttons

Z is to contract and extend, X is to hold and relax, V is to grap with both hands and C is to relax and hold all.
