firstly no one can acually teach you how to do this shits (except if he is with you on your pc ofc) run run run:mm i'd say watch mocucha's tutorial if you havent and about jumping: you better extend both of your pecs,elbows and the ankle of the leg that is going forward and when you extend the hip of the same leg extend the knee and dont contract the other leg just keep it extended or relax it(up 2 you).
also brown belt doesn't matter and you havent done alot of practice coz alot of practice is atleas 6 months of playing this shits.
