This took me about maybe 30 minute. I used Gimp Software, nothing else. I'm very bad at texturing and I don't even know how to color things in without it looking so bad. So here, free head for the masses =)

Its like you're drawing with a graphic tablet

I used the Path Tool in gimp, however, instead of using pencil I used the "stroke with paint tool". I used the ink tool at sizes 3-8 with "emulate brush strokes" checked. Hope this helps.
