Ok here is how you do my fun looking suicide decap

Do not hold all yet
Contract Knees
Space x9
Hold All!
Extend Knees,Ankles,Hips
Contract Abs
Extend Pecs
Lower Shoulders

Press P and enjoy him spin around in mid-air then his head splat down on the ground bloodymess

Its a SUICIDE.A DECAP is when you DECAP the other guy. as for a suicide its pretty good
