How do I change uke's force relax etc?

You can /dl [player name] and /lp 1 [player name] if you want Uke looking like another player.

Or you can check out this tutorial to make uke somenthing more custom.

Try going to Toribash game files. In custom you can find any player's name that you have ever downloaded the textures of and can copy and paste they're files into Uke's file.
They are seperated like head.tga, l_tricep.tga, r_foot.tga
