Trying to update avatar. But it keeps showing "WeooWeoo's Avatar" with nothing in it.

I saw that it was down about a week ago for signature pictures but came back up. So, is this happening with avatars now?

And with replays.
my friend tried to upload a replay to me,the download wasn't downloading well,and when it finished,the replay was corrupted.

it seems to be working here and there, i had to try 10 times and finally got one to work
